Started at evo Magazine in early 2001, made lots of tea and gradually progressed until I was a fully-fledged member of the team. Since then I've been driving, reviewing and more recently hosting videos on the world's best performance cars - from hot hatches and sports cars to supercars and the latest hypercars. Loves include Porsche, Ferrari's wildest road cars, fast Renaults, BMW M products and anything that prizes driving dynamics and excitement above all else. Quite fond of the Nürburgring and my old Porsche 996, too.

Matt has been a professional automotive journalist for 20 years, since uploading his first video to YouTube in 2006. Since then he has reviewed over 2,500 cars on The Smoking Tire, recorded over 1,200 episodes of The Smoking Tire Podcast, and contributed to print outlets including The Drive, Jalopnik, and Popular Mechanics. He is now Editor-at-Large at Road & Track Magazine, where his monthly column explores trends in car culture, and where he reviews the newest sports and supercars.

Founder and presenter of Seen Through Glass, one of the UK's biggest automotive YouTube channels, built since 2014 on supercar ownership, long-distance road trips and motorsport travel. Named one of The Sunday Times' top 50 UK influencers, he drove a Porsche 911 around the world for the 2019 Drive The World series and co-hosts the weekly Behind The Glass podcast. He buys, lives with and drives the cars he covers, from a manual Ferrari 360 to a 996-generation 911, so his advice comes from first-hand experience of what exotic ownership is actually like day to day.

Can it really be 20 years since I started writing about cars professionally? In that time I've tested performance cars for the country's biggest motoring mags, driving almost every significant new car launched in that time - plus more older ones than I can count. More recently I founded and presented one of the UK's most popular car podcasts, started my own digital magazine (The Intercooler in both cases) and hung out with some of the car industry's best and brightest. Maybe it has been 20 years after all.

I've been professionally reviewing cars for over two decades. My work can be found plastered all over the internet and I just wrote the cover story for The Road Rat, which is a thing called a, "Magazine." Involves paper, no clue. I know a thing or two about off-roading, EVs, and super/hypercars.

I've been an international journalist and PR consultant for more than 25 years, specialising in motorsport as well as the premium and luxury lifestyle sectors. I've worked with individuals as well as big brands, helping them to stand out from the crowd and leverage all the opportunities that exist in the automotive world – but also accumulated plenty of knowledge of restomods and daily drivers from other businesses I have founded.

Paul was one of the brains behind the McLaren P1 and has spent more than 30 years turning ambitious high-performance vehicle concepts into road-ready reality. His experience spans whole-vehicle development and technical problem-solving for some of the world’s most exotic marques, including McLaren, Singer, Jaguar Land Rover and Rolls-Royce.
